Your questions about the campaign, discounts and how to use your promo code.

When does the Halloween Deals campaign run?
The Fantasitc Services Halloween campaign runs from 00:00 on Monday 26 October 2026 to 23:59 on Saturday 31 October 2026 (UK time). You must book and apply your promo code within this window.
Do I have to have the service done during the campaign?
Not at all. You only need to book within the campaign dates. The service itself must take place on or before Tuesday 15 December 2026, and if you reschedule, the new date must also be on or before 15 December to keep the discount.
Which services are included and how much can I save?
You can choose from a wide selection of servcices and discounts.
  • £10 off Regular Cleaning.
  • £15 off Carpet & Upholstery, Oven, Window, Gutter and Hard Floor Cleaning.
  • £15 off Jet Washing.
  • £30 off End of Tenancy Cleaning, Waste Removal, Handyman, Electrician and Plumber, and Mould Removal.
  • £50 off Removals services.
Do I need to be a Fantastic Club member to get the deal?
No. The service discounts are open to members and non-members.
Where are the deals available?
Only to properties in London within the M25. Some postcodes are excluded for specific services:
  • KT and WD for Regular Cleaning and End of Tenancy Cleaning.
  • KT, TW and WD for Jet Washing.
You can check your address on the Area coverage page or at checkout.
How do I use my promo code?
Online or in the GoFantastic app, enter the code in the promo code field before confirming your booking. By phone, give the code to the team. The discount should show on your booking confirmation page just before payment. If it doesn’t, contact us before your appointment.
Can I use more than one code, or combine a code with other offers?
No. Only one discount applies per booking, and codes can’t be combined with other promo codes, offers, bundles or packages. The exception is Fantastic Club credits, which you can use on the same booking as a promo code.
How many times can I use each code?
Once per customer account. The Carpet & Upholstery, Oven, Window, Gutter and Hard Floor Cleaning code can be used once for each of those services.
Do minimum charges still apply?
Yes. The standard minimum charge for the service still applies. The discount comes off a booking that meets that minimum, and it can’t take the price below zero.
Can I cancel or reschedule a booking made with a promo code?
Yes, in line with our standard booking terms. You can cancel free of charge up to 48 hours before the start date. After that, the Cancellation Charge applies. The promo code has no cash value, so it can’t be exchanged for cash or credit. If you cancel and rebook outside the campaign dates, the code can’t be applied to the new booking.

Your questions about our membership, the benefits it brings and the campaign offer.

What is the Fantastic Club?
It’s our annual membership. For a single payment you get £300 in credits (1 credit = £1), preferential member rates on popular services, priority booking, a real-time arrival tracker, exclusive seasonal deals and a referral scheme.
How much is Fantastic Club membership during the campaign?
£44.50 instead of the usual £89, which is 50% off. This applies when you become a member during 26–31 October 2026.
Does the 50% discount apply when my membership renews?
No. The £44.50 price applies to the first 12-month term only. If your membership renews, it renews at the standard price at that time, and we remind you beforehand.
How do the £300 credits work?
Credits are added to your Fantastic Account when you join. You can use up to 30 credits per booking, which is £30 off each of 10 different services. You can use them alongside a Halloween promo code on the same booking.
Can I get a refund if I change my mind about the membership?
Yes. You can cancel and ask for a refund within 14 days of purchase. The refund may be full or partial, depending on the discounts you’ve already used. Memberships can’t be transferred to another account, but members can book services for others in their household.
