Some Frequently Asked Questions

  • Q: Things have changed and I need to postpone my appointment. Will I be charged for this?

A: No worries! Just notify us 48 hours in advance and we’ll reschedule your moving service, free of charge, for a day that suits you better.

  • Q: I’m packing by myself but what about large pieces of furniture? Can you move those?

A: Absolutely. Our vans are furnished with tail lifts for safe and easy loading and unloading. If the piece of furniture is too big, we can have it dismantled.

  • Q: Can I add extra items to my storage?

A: Yes, but you will have to book another moving and storage service with an additional storage container. We only unseal containers prior to delivery.

  • Q: Can I put all my possessions into storage?

A: Absolutely. However, you cannot rent a container to store food, hazardous materials or illegal goods.

  • Q: Do I need to provide any tools for the flat pack assembly service?

A: No. The furniture fitters will bring everything they need for the job, including some spare parts, such as fasteners, cam locks, bolts, brackets, screws, etc.

  • Q: Is your company insured?

A: Yes. We are a fully insured service provider. All the movers, packers and furniture fitters, we have partnered with, are also comprehensively insured against damages.
