The team did a great job removing all of my items from my first flat and into my new one. They handled all items with care, including some heavier and more difficult items. However, the company told me they would send three movers and only two showed up. This significantly extended the amount of time it took for moving all of the boxes. I called and asked for a third person to be sent, as I was promised, but the company refused.

We recently used a removal service led by Alex and his team of two, and I'm very happy with their service. Alex and his team were practical and have thought through every step to ensure our furniture was moved efficiently and safely between apartments. They handled the process smoothly and all our furniture was well protected, delivered and placed in our new apartment within a limited timeframe. The whole team worked hard, stayed professional, and have been very helpful.

Excellent! Arrival was late due to heavy traffic in central London, but when I called Fantastic they assured me everything would go smoothly despite this hiccup and it did. I appreciate how Customer Service was responsive and professional, and the actual movers were efficient and nice. They disassembled and reassembled everything perfectly; everything arrived safe and in good condition.
