Where do you work?

We cover London, the Southeast and the rest of the United Kingdom using a network of reliable removals partners.

When can I book you?

We work 7 days a week to give you a date and time for your removal that suits you best.

How much does your services cost?

Removal costs depend on the time necessary to carry out the removal, the distance and the packing materials involved. Check our prices page or call us on 020 3746 7798 for a brief discussion of your removal needs. We will be able to give you an accurate quotation for most London and UK removals on the spot.

What is the size of your vehicles?

We have a fleet of removal vans best suited for the different occasions. Our most used vehicles are Ford Transit vans and Luton vans. You can check their dimensions on our Man and Van page.

What are your storage and packing options?

We offer a variety of affordable storage solutions that include everything from bubble wrapping your fine China to stowing away an entire library in weather-safe storage containers. We maintain close partnerships with a number of self-storage companies to deliver affordable longer-term care for your personal belongings in the case of a temporary removal or the interim absence of a forwarding address.

Will the movers and packers place each and every item where I would like them to be placed?

The movers will place each package and piece of furniture in the room you want them to.

Can you help me pack my stuff?

Yes, we offer packaging services as well. We can do the whole process for you.

Can I order only box and packing materials delivery, without packing?

Yes, we deliver boxes and packing materials. There is a minimum of 15 boxes though. We also offer whole sets for packing, suitable for different home sizes.

Do you dismantle the furniture and put them back up?

Yes, we do dismantle and then assemble your furniture, free of charge.

How can I pay?

We accept all major cards, as well as cash upon delivery or bank transfers. For more information check our prices page.

Are my belongings insured?

Yes, every item we deliver is 100% insured. For packed boxes, the insurance is valid only when we have done the packing.

Who is responsible for the parking?

The client is responsible for securing a parking space while we load and unload. If the property is in the congestion zone, additional £11.50 will be added to the overall price.

Can you guarantee you will arrive precisely on time?

We do our very best to be precise and even arrive a few minutes earlier, but London traffic can be a bugger. Arrival time is estimated and not guaranteed.

What will be the delivery time?

It depends on the distance between the two addresses. If it's within the M25 zone, it will usually take an hour or two.

When is the best day to book a moving?

We can do a home removal any day of the week, but the best days are weekends and Bank holidays. Finding parking place is easiest and there is no difference in our price.

Do you do overnight removals?

Yes, you can book us for a night moving.

Can I book you for the same day?

Depending on our schedule, we offer same-day removal services.

Can I ride with you in the van?

In accordance with the UK legal system, we aren't allowed to let clients ride inside the van.

What are you NOT allowed to move?

If we don't want to break the rules and get fined, we aren't able to transport hazardous materials, stolen or illegal goods, any type of drugs, bio-hazardous items and posions, nor weapons, firearms or explosive materials.

Do you do oversea deliveries?

Unfortunately, we can not offer that service yet.
